Policies & FAQ
Common questions, plainly answered.
Yes. The daily, weekly, and monthly rates you see are what you pay. We don't tack on fuel surcharges, prep fees, or shop fees. A refundable security deposit and an optional damage waiver are handled separately — we'll walk you through both on the phone.
We can deliver locally with our equipment trailer (add-on rates apply), or you can pick the machine up at our yard on Old Lorena Road. Yard pickup is available 24/7 — including after hours and Sundays — just coordinate with us in advance. If you're hauling it yourself, you'll need a truck and trailer rated for the equipment — give us a call and we'll confirm you're set up safely.
Our 'day' is 24 hours from pickup. Need a half-day? Call us — we can usually work something out for short jobs.
You manage fuel yourself. The machine comes fueled — use what's there, or top it off with your own if you're working a long day. There's no fuel surcharge. Off-road diesel only.
Stop operating immediately and call us right away at (254) 655-3339. Don't push through an issue with the equipment. Depending on the situation, we'll work out a machine swap, an on-site fix, or an early return — whatever makes it right.
Honest answer: stuff happens. We offer an optional damage waiver that covers most accidental damage. Without it, you're on the hook for repair costs. We'll explain exactly what's covered before you sign.
